Return and exchange conditions

Purchased products may be returned or exchanged within fourteen days from the date of delivery. Products must be returned undamaged, unused in their original package.

The costs for returning an item are in the customer’s charge. Shipping sent by the customer with cash on delivery is not accepted. After receiving and checking the items returned by the customer, the refund of the amount will be made by bank transfer.
